A rising young talent, 23-year-old Leicester based-producer and artist Scott Xylo is set to release his debut album Find Us When You Get There and its going to be an album that you will need this year.

Adventurous and inventive, Find Us When You Get There is a future funk record that feels much like a mind-expanding daydream. Based in the East Midlands and of Jamaican descent, the album was mostly recorded in Scott’s bedroom, and takes the listener on a kaleidoscopic journey through his unique and creative vision, built on a heady thematic and elemental mix of escapism, discovery, surrealism and afrofuturism. The album’s visceral, visual feel is stylistically inspired by directors like Quentin Tarantino, Scott channels his blending of history, genre and disparate art styles together in creating his own art.

To make matters even more exciting is the release of visual of “Hold On” which is one of the seven tracks featured on the album. The visual is a beautiful work of art that tells a story and creates a true cinematic experience. Watch his new video above and stay tuned here for the album release.
