Murkage Dave releases airy new track “Magic Mission Deja Rinse”

East London artist Murkage Dave has shared his brand new track “Magic Mission Deja Rinse”. Murkage Dave’s new single sees him paying homage to the iconic pirate radio stations he grew up listening to and returning to his Leytonstone, east London roots as he takes a trip down memory lane on the addictive Star Slinger production. Speaking on the track, Murkage Dave said:

“Pure Magic, Mission FM, Deja Vu and Rinse FM were the four pirate stations I could get growing up in East London. I’d tape my favourite sets and then stick those tapes in my Walkman, which went everywhere with me. ‘Magic Mission Deja Rinse’ paints the picture of these times. I’m singing about how it was the music that got me through all of these weird experiences that you end up having as a younger.”

The track is taken from his forthcoming debut album. Murkage is the other half one of our favorite duo’s HALFBROTHER. Listen to his new single below.
